Bradford Pear spindles for pepper grinders and salt shakers
These beautiful Bradford Pear blanks were purchased from turningblanks.net. After being rounded off they will be wrapped in a paper bag to slowly dry. The taller pieces will be turned into pepper grinders using the a 10″ pepper grinder mechanism and the shorter ones will be hand turned into pear shaped salt shakers. The grinder mechanisms are from Rockler. In a few months these will make fantastic turned pepper grinder gifts.
